I started working for Heritage Homecare 2 months ago, while I was also attending college. The support from the office was incredible: within no time they designed a rota that perfectly suited my studies. The staff are flexible, very kind and patient to both Carers and Clients.
Heritage Home Care Management team gives a totally undiluted support, and assurance to their carers as they come across different challenges in the course of their daily duties in the field. They stand out as a team of a very gentle nature in the way they communicate and deal with queries. Very prompt. Above all they are great listeners with an encouraging and confidence building approach towards their carers. I want to simply say Heritage Home Care is a complete package for Carers of all levels. I have 4 children all under 12, I choose my own hours and if I want to take some time to spend with family the Company always allows me to do so. There is always someone to answer your calls for support while out at work : the office staff are friendly and very supportive. The pay is good. It’s a fantastic company to work for!!!
I have been employed by Heritage Homecare for the past 3 months. Pauline, Rachael and Janet make me feel so welcome, they are great help and are always on the end of the phone if you need any assistance. I was matched up with the perfect clients who are now like family.
You are introduced to amazing clients and you have the backup and support of a great management and administrative team. You always feel supported by this team as they constantly welcome you into the office, are always at the end of the phone and even organise a great Christmas get-together. They understand your personality, strengths and weaknesses and link you up with like-minded clients. This makes for long lasting and rewarding relationships with the clients.
I have been working for Heritage Homecare for about 6 months now and I can honestly say it is the best company I have worked for: so organised and the office communicate well with all staff.
