Pauline Neary
Director of Operations
Pauline has been managing the delivery of home care in South Dublin since 2011, and was involved in the establishment of Heritage Homecare in 2014. Pauline trained as a general Nurse in St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin and later achieved a post graduate Higher Diploma in Business & Management in University College Cork. Following the acquisition of Heritage Homecare by Virtue Integrated Eldercare in April 2023, Pauline took on the role of Director of Operations. In addition to managing the day to day operations of Heritage Homecare, Pauline is part of the Executive Management Team for the Homecare division of Virtue.

Rachel Bourke
Client Services Manager
Rachel joined Heritage Homecare in 2014. Her current role involves ensuring the provision of a high-quality service to our clients on an ongoing basis. She has particular responsibility for long day/ overnight and block hour clients. She also is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Dun Laoghaire office. Rachel has extensive experience in delivering Quality and Training internationally and in Ireland.

Janet Drury
Office Manager – Dun Laoghaire
Janet has been working with Heritage Homecare since 2016. In her role as Office Manager for Dun Laoghaire, Janet receives phone calls and email enquiries, and she carries out a range of office administration duties. Janet is also responsible for handling and screening initial applications for employment from prospective carers for the Dun Laoghaire office, and related recruitment administration/training

Meadhbh Maxwell
Senior Care Manager – Dun Laoghaire
Meadhbh is a qualified Nurse who trained and worked in The Mater Hospital before joining Heritage Homecare. Meadhbh is responsible for all aspects of arranging homecare for new clients attached to our Dun Laoghaire office. She also oversees the care provided to existing clients and is involved in the recruitment of our Carers.

Danielle Dempsey
Care Coordinator – Dun Laoghaire
Danielle joined the Dun Laoghaire team in 2021 having worked previously in the area for another homecare Company. Danielle is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of Care visits in our Dun Laoghaire office.

Dee Odubayo
Care Manager – Dun Laoghaire
Dee joined Heritage Homecare in 2017 as a carer having qualified in the UK. Dee took on the role of Quality Administrator in 2020, and in 2023 was promoted to Care Manager in the Dun Laoghaire office.

Amy Lawlor
Care Coordinator – Dun Laoghaire
Amy joined the Dun Laoghaire team in April 2023 having worked previously in a busy local Dental practice as a dental nurse and receptionist Amy is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of Care visits in our Dun Laoghaire office.

Niamh Smith
Client Services and Quality Manager – Dundrum
Niamh joined Heritage Homecare as a carer initially and then as a Quality Supervisor and then Quality Manager. In May 2023 Niamh moved into the role of Client Services and Quality Manager. In this role Niamh now more directly manages the evolving relationship between established clients and Heritage. Niamh focuses on ensuring ongoing quality in communication and service delivery

Robert Greenan
Care Coordinator – Dundrum
Robert joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2019 following his graduation from college with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Healthcare. Robert was appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office in February 2021.

Rachel Gray
Office Manager – Dundrum
In her role as Office Manager for Dundrum, Rachel receives phone calls and email enquiries, and carries out a range of Office Administration duties. Mariana Gordo
Care Manager – Dundrum
Mariana joined Heritage Homecare in 2020 as a carer in the Dundrum team. In 2021 she took up the role of Quality Supervisor, and in April 2023 was promoted to Care Manager in the Dundrum office.

Adam Byrne
Care Coordinator – Dundrum
Robert joined the Heritage Dundrum office team as Care Coordinator in April 2023. Prior to joining Heritage, Adam worked as an Assitant Manager / People Manager with McDonalds.

Amanda Ronayne
Finance Administrator
Amanda joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2016. She has a full QQI homecare qualification. She worked as a Supervisor for a period, and then in the Dun Laoghaire office for a year before being appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office. In 2021 she took on the role of Finance Administrator having obtained a Diploma in bookkeeping and payroll.
