Ed has over 20 years’ experience operating and managing businesses, and a keen personal interest in providing quality care for older people in an ethical and trustworthy manner. Ed is the founder of Heritage Homecare, and is responsible for General Management and Finance.
Ed was a non-executive Director of Peamount Hospital (in Newcastle, Co Dublin) 2009 – 2018. He is currently a Director of Home and Community Care Ireland (HCCI), the representative body for private homecare providers in Ireland.
Director of Care Management
Pauline has been managing the delivery of home care in South Dublin since 2011, and established Heritage Homecare with Ed. She has overall responsibility for delivery of our homecare service across both offices. In her role she often works alongside multidisciplinary medical teams including discharge planners, social workers and Public Health Nurses in the interests of her clients. Pauline trained as a Nurse in St Vincent’s Hospital.
Client Services Manager
Rachel has extensive experience in delivering Quality and Training internationally and in Ireland. Her role is to carry out our Quality Audits as well as to develop training programmes for our Carers. She also ensures that our policies and procedures are kept up to date and reflect best practice.
Office Manager – Dun Laoghaire
Janet has been working with Heritage Homecare since 2016. In her role as Office Manager for Dun Laoghaire, Janet receives phone calls and email enquiries, and she carries out a range of office administration duties. Janet is also responsible for handling and screening initial applications for employment from prospective carers for the Dun Laoghaire office, and related recruitment administration/training
Care Manager – Dun Laoghaire
Meadhbh is a qualified Nurse who trained and worked in The Mater Hospital before joining Heritage Homecare. Meadhbh is responsible for all aspects of arranging homecare for new clients attached to our Dun Laoghaire office. She also oversees the care provided to existing clients and is involved in the recruitment of our Carers.
Care Coordinator – Dun Laoghaire
Mark has worked as a Care Coordinator and also as a carer in the UK, before joining Heritage Homecare in February 2020. Mark is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of Care visits in our Dun Laoghaire office.

Danielle joined the Dun Laoghaire team in 2021 having worked previously in the area for another homecare Company. Danielle is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of Care visits in our Dun Laoghaire office.
Quality Administrator – Dun Laoghaire
Dee joined Heritage Homecare in 2017 as a carer having qualified in the UK. Dee took on the role of Quality Administrator in 2020. She performs a variety of roles in the Dun Laoghaire office including updating client care plans and follow up with HSE staff.
Grainne Cummins Keogh
Care Manager – Dundrum
Grainne is a qualified Nurse who studied in Trinity College Dublin and then worked in Tallaght Hospital and in Australia before joining Heritage Homecare. Grainne is responsible for all aspects of arranging homecare for clients attached to our Dundrum office. She also oversees the care provided to existing clients and is involved in the recruitment of our Carers.
Quality Manager – Dundrum
Niamh joined Heritage Homecare as a carer initially and then as a Quality Supervisor. She then worked in a Quality Role in Dun Laoghaire before being appointed Quality Manager for the Dundrum office in July 2020. Niamh has a full QQI Homecare Qualification.
Care Coordinator – Dundrum
Robert joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2019 following his graduation from college with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Healthcare. Robert was appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office in February 2021.
Office Manager – Dundrum
In her role as Office Manager for Dundrum, Rachel receives phone calls and email enquiries, and carries out a range of Office Administration duties. Amanda joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2016. She has a full QQI homecare qualification. She worked as a Supervisor for a period, and then in the Dun Laoghaire office for a year before being appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office. In 2021 she took on the role of Finance Administrator having obtained a Diploma in bookkeeping and payroll.
