Pauline Neary
Director of Operations
Pauline has been managing the delivery of home care in South Dublin since 2011 and was involved in the establishment of Heritage Homecare in 2014. Pauline trained as a general Nurse in St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin and later achieved a post graduate Higher Diploma in Business & Management in University College Cork. Following the acquisition of Heritage Homecare by Virtue Integrated Eldercare in April 2023, Pauline took on the role of Director of Operations. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of Heritage Homecare, Pauline is part of the Executive Management Team for the Homecare division of Virtue.
Janie Van Wyk
QSC Manager
As a seasoned Clinical Quality, Safety, Risk, and Compliance Manager hailing from South Africa, Janie brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of home care. With a robust background in healthcare management, Janie is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care delivery while meticulously managing risks and compliance regulations. Her passion lies in optimising processes to enhance client safety and satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence within the organisation.
Rachel Bourke
Client Services Manager
Rachel joined Heritage Homecare in 2014. Her current role involves ensuring the provision of a high-quality service to our clients on an ongoing basis. She has particular responsibility for long day/ overnight and block hour clients. She also is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Dun Laoghaire office. Rachel has extensive experience in delivering Quality and Training internationally and in Ireland.
Chris Hubbard
Operations Manager
Chris joined Heritage Homecare in 2024 as Operations Manager. Chris has extensive experience in managing care teams in delivering high standards of care to the elderly and people with disabilities, whilst ensuring regulatory requirements were met. Chris manages the day-to-day operations of both offices in Dundrum and Dun Laoghaire, ensuring an emphasis on person centred driven care and delivery.
Amanda Ronayne
Finance Administrator
Amanda joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2016. She has a full QQI homecare qualification. She worked as a Supervisor for a period, and then in the Dun Laoghaire office for a year before being appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office. In 2021 she took on the role of Finance Administrator having obtained a Diploma in bookkeeping and payroll.
