In her role as Office Manager for Dun Laoghaire, Janet receives phone calls and email enquiries, and she carries out a range of office administration duties. Janet is also responsible for handling and screening initial applications for employment from prospective carers for the Dun Laoghaire office, and related recruitment administration/training

Gemma is a qualified Nurse and joined Heritage Homecare in 2024. Gemma has extensive health care experience including senior management in residential care services for older persons with intellectual disabilities. Gemma’s role involves meeting clients and collaborating with their families, healthcare professionals and colleagues to create the most appropriate care plans to meet their homecare needs.

Robert joined Heritage Homecare as a carer in 2019 following his graduation from SETU with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Healthcare. In February 2021, he was appointed Care Coordinator for the Dundrum office. During this period, he enrolled in an executive MBA program at Dublin Business School. In November 2023, Robert was promoted to the role of Care Manager for the Dun Laoghaire office.

Danielle joined the Dun Laoghaire team in 2021 having worked previously in the area for another homecare Company.    Danielle is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of Care visits in our Dun Laoghaire office.

Kate joined the Dun Laoghaire team in November 2023. Kate graduated from college with a Degree in Children’s and General Nursing. Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. As a care coordinator Kate is responsible for the scheduling and rostering of client’s visits, while also ensuring that carers get the hours that they need.

Donna O’Brien - Quality Manager

Donna started with Heritage Homecare in 2018 as a carer before taking on the role of quality assessment supervisor. She was promoted to the role of quality manager in 2023 to ensure the needs of both clients and carers are being met. Before joining Heritage, Donna worked in a local nursing home in both caring and supervisory roles. Donna is QQI qualified in Elder Care.
