Over time Dad needed more care which extended to night time care. At every stage and as the carer team expanded (with the increased hours) everyone of the carers allocated to us were excellent  – extremely professional , well trained, skilled and proactive.  Above all, to a person they were great with Dad and genuinely concerned for his well being and comfort.  It gave us great peace of mind to know Dad was in such excellent positive and friendly hands.   Dementia is very challenging for the sufferer and for the family and it was a huge help to know we had such a trusted team of professionals in our corner. Dad has since moved into a dementia-specific care home.  Homecare was all brand new to us and I share this to make your decision easier and to make the experience for your loved one simply excellent!
