Requirements To Work With Heritage
- Legal right to work in Ireland (EU/Irish citizen or valid work permit/visa).
- Two satisfactory references (work or character).
- Garda vetting clearance before starting.
- QQI Level 5 in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (or equivalent qualification).
Apply To Be A Carer
When you apply for a role with Heritage, here’s what you can expect:
- Initial Call – A member of our recruitment team will give you a call to go through the role and answer any questions you may have.
- Getting to Know You – We’ll ask you a few simple questions to see if the position is the right match for you and for Heritage.
- Interview Stage – If suitable, you’ll be invited to meet with our recruiter and one of our care team Managers. You’ll need to bring along documents such as ID, proof of address, and qualifications.
- Onboarding & Training – If successful, you’ll move on to induction. This includes any required training, shadowing, and support to make sure you feel confident before starting with clients.
